This is Hilltop Hideaway as breath taking accommodation for 18 , set in the rolling hills of Somerset, 10 minutes from the centre of Bath Spa.
The entire property is ideal for large groups and multi-generational families who want a variety of communal spaces, while also having the opportunity to enjoy some time apart. The property is broken down as follows.
The COTTAGE has one double and three kingsize bedrooms, one with ensuite. It has a light fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with wood burner, indoor honesty bar with karaoke, outdoor patio that gently slopes into lawn, hot tub, cold tub, fire pit, pizza oven & is topped off with an outdoor bar for sundowners.
The ANNEXE is an extension of the cottage giving you oodles of extra space. This includes a take your breath away kingsize bedroom with bath, vast sitting room from which to watch the sun go down on chilly days, outdoor deck with super cool chill out zone, alfresco dining, friends cold tub or paddling pool for littles, fire pit, ping pong room and of course sweeping views across the valley.
The HOUSE sits snuggled up behind the Cottage and Annexe giving you another 4 double bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with sunny terrace, dining for ten and a large sitting room (the perfect space for kiddies to chill and watch movies whilst the adults enjoy the deck & bar).

We had an absolutely amazing time in this beautiful property with incredible views. We were so close to Bath city centre but we'd never have known it, it was so quiet and peaceful. The house is enormous and easily held our family of 12 adults and four children... We would absolutely stay again - what a lovely relaxing holiday for us all. Thank you!
IMAGINE...
Waking up with a morning cuppa (after a bracing cold dip if you fancy) in your hot tub watching the sun rise over the hills. If you are lucky you can enjoy our resident barn owl on his morning hunt whilst wild deer munch their breakfast in the fields below. Moving into your day the choices are endless from trips to Bath Spa to biking on old railway lines, paddle boarding through town & countryside walks to fire lit pubs. Alternatively, work up an appetite playing boules and croquet on the lawn, before cooking up a feast over the fire pit or in the well equipped kitchen (we also have wonderful local caterers). Or just snuggle up by the wood burner for a session of movies and board games. Not to be missed are sundowners in your own outdoor bar where the sun drops behind the horizon right in front of you. End your day with a karaoke sing song round the indoor bar and then soak in the hot tub beneath the stars.
