THE ANNEXE
THE HOUSE
The COTTAGE can be booked to sleep from 2 up to 8 guests.
The ANNEXE (sleeps 2) can be booked with the Cottage to sleep 10 guests.
The HOUSE (sleeps 8) can be booked with the Cottage and Annexe to sleep up to 18 guests comfortably.
TOTAL capacity for the whole property is 18 people.
This stunning and super comfortable accommodation can be booked to sleep 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or up to 18 and whatever combination you book, it is always exclusively yours.
Whatever your number, you will have a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a fun indoor honesty bar with karaoke and another for sundowners outside, a large living room with wood burner, a hot tub, a cold tub, peaceful gardens & a patio with stunning views.
Hilltop Hideaway is in spitting distance (2.2 miles) of historic Bath so you can explore, dine or shop, then wend your way back for sunset cocktails and a soak in the hot tub. For those who want a little pizazz in their weekend we can also organise a myriad of extra treats from private chefs to a joyful hour of disco aerobics.

Hilltop Treats
If you'd like to give your stay a little vavoom we can book in one of a growing list of treats for you. It could be afternoon's pampering with massage, pedicure or hair cuts; or, if you'd like a special dinner laid on, we will bring in a chef. We can organise a session of disco aerobics, yoga, classes in mixology, or art. Just ask us and we'll see what we can do.
